• Design Quality
Jon and the team we extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the right way to upgrade our old website to meet the constantly moving expectations of a mobile clientele – we were already happy with the basic design of our old site and Jon helped us get a better “new and improved” version offering easier access, site exploration, mobile responsiveness and navigation.
He also made sure that all of the images we used were of the right size and quality for use on all platforms for internet searching as well as mobile and desktop devices – to make sure it was quick and easy to get to the information
On top of that he completely redid out Logo and amazed us with the wonderful, up to date and stunning version of what we used to have
• Website Effectiveness
As we already had an existing well ranked site I was worried that the changes and redesign might affect this and Finflix walked us though each step of the process and ensured that we never lost ranking – it is now easy for the clients to search and find us and also the ideal boat for their needs and I get a lot of very favorable comments from our customers about how easy it was to use.
• Web Traffic
Since we did the update we have definitely seen an increase in the amount of web traffic and inquiries coming into the business – which of course was the desired result
• Technical Support
I have a basic grasp of the back office and administration of websites and updating them over 8 years, and have always considered it to be one of the more painful areas of my responsibilities. After using several different platforms on previous website versions I was concerned about having to have to learn a whole new system yet again. So this was one of the main areas I was focused on before choosing to upgrade using the Finflix services – since then the process has become extremely simple – the back office system is intuitive and extremely easy to use, update and edit and the team there are always available to offer help and guidance
I dont have to worry about updating the system its all done for me as part of the overall package – no more worrying if an update for one area will affect another – I dont even think about it – Finflix and the team do all of that for me, even to ensuring the servers are updated and our automatic backup recover system that is in place.
Just on a side note – due to the increase in business after the website redesign I have been able to use Jon and the team at Finflix to do the updates for me as I dont have time! This is ideal for me – I go and see them or have a chat online – tell them what I would like to do, and if it is possible they go off and do it – all I have to do is provide the content and layout and its done!
• Customer Service
Outstanding what can I say – from day one we have had face to face design meetings, follow up phone and skype discussions. We get notified well in advance when updates an upgrades to software and hardware systems are going to be done so we dont worry, any updating I do is checked by them to make sure I dont mess it up – the weak link in this will always be the owner of the site – but Jon and the team make sure we dont mess it up!!!
Overall I cannot praise them enough for their support,web and graphic design and ongoing maintenance/ customer service skills and I am extremely happy in all areas of this partnership. They have taken something that I had designed and was very proud of and made it bigger, better more scaleable and much more professional – a big thank you to all of the team.
